We all know how important it is to keep your skin healthy and your face moisturized.
And now, a new study shows that even if you don’t get vitamin C, it’s still important to wash your hands regularly with a vitamin C-rich washcloth.
The study, published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, looked at the impact of a daily wash with vitamin C on skin, hair and nails.
In fact, the results of the study were so surprising that it triggered a lot of discussion.
What’s more, the study was so small that it doesn’t tell us whether a daily vitamin C wash could have a positive impact on skin and hair, or whether a vitamin c wash is the best way to keep skin healthy.
But we do know that washing your hands with a clean, fresh, and natural hand soap is the right thing to do for your skin.
And if you’re a dermatologist and you want to learn more about the benefits of using a vitamin-rich hand soap, check out the research.
