A textile plant opened in Montana this month, and it’s part of a growing trend for textiles made of recycled materials.
The plant is owned by an Israeli company called Minkin Textiles and is the first of its kind in the United States.
It is the latest effort to bring recycled materials into textile production, which is a major contributor to global warming and is also the leading source of greenhouse gases.
In an interview with The Next Wires, Israeli textile entrepreneur Eliezer Behar, who is also head of Minkins Textiles, said that his company has already sold several hundred kilos of textile scraps to other companies and has plans to expand to other parts of the world.
“Our goal is to export some of these fibers and then turn them into other textile products,” Behar said.
The textile scraps, made from recycled plastic bottles and plastic bags, were shipped to the United Kingdom and are being used to make garments for clothing, shoes, shoes and apparel, as well as other items.
Behar says he is considering using the material in textile-producing machinery, but he’s also interested in turning it into a biofuel.
“We want to produce biofuels and also use the textile scraps for something else,” he said.
“It’s a different way of thinking about recycling, and we are starting from a place where we are already very aware of the impact of waste, which leads to many problems.”
The solution to all of that is to make products that are renewable and environmentally friendly, and I think that textile scrap is just a part of that,” Beher added.
The recycling plant has also helped other Israeli textile manufacturers, as they have learned from the Israeli experience.”
There are many companies that are starting to look at recycled materials and they are starting with textiles,” Behav said.
Minkin is one of those companies.
Its textile plant in Montana started operations in January, and Behar and his partner have built a prototype and are now working on the final product.”
One of the things we’ve learned in the past is that the process of recycling is quite complicated,” Behur said.”
But now we are in a better position than ever to make things, and to be able to produce a lot of products in a very short period of time.

The textile factory will use the leftover scraps to produce clothes for the textile industry, and Minkinas factory is now the world’s largest supplier of recycled textiles.
We are not very confident about our future, but we are working very hard,” Behe said.
